The performance of this software will be different depending on the format/size/stored location of the clip, performance of your computer, etc. - This software may not handle the MXF files and MP4 files created by the products other than the XDCAM series or by the other applications. - When files or folders managed by this application are operated with Mac Finder or Windows Explorer, this application does not work correctly on these files and folders. - About XDCAM/XDCAM EX devices - It becomes a write-protect mode using the SxS memory card in PMW-500/PDBK-MK1 when writing MXF file whose format is not supported by PMW-500/PDBK-MK1 in the SxS memory card. - Please use functions which connect with XDCAM devices via TCP/IP in a stable network environment. Please disconnect and re-connect to the XDCAM devices if the part of the screen doesn't display correctly or a function doesn't work correctly. - Attentions when using a clip that was recorded via IEEE1394 of XDCAM EX1. - "!" mark may be shown. Regarding such a clip, move to the last frame may not be done properly, or incorrect timecode may be displayed. - Regarding an MP4 file was imported to this application, + 1 frame/ - 1 frame playback function may not work properly in Preview window. - Regarding a clip that suffered data loss due to a transmission error etc, export operation doesn't work properly. The conversion will result in an error, or even if it is completed, recording the data to another device will cause an error. - When a new clip is created or exported using this application by cutting out the section between In/Out points of a clip, timecode of the new clip may be different from the original. (a clip having discontinuous timecode may be occurred same error.) - About export functions - Regarding a file that was exported for Windows Media File/PSP/iPod only for its In/Out section, error of several frames may be seen on In point or Out point of the created file. - About Live Logging function - When recording with PMW-500, if you disconnect from PMW-500, editing information will be cleared. - When connecting to PMW-500, if planning metadata files is loaded to PMW-500, clip list information in a material field may be cleared. - Using with other network applications, Live Logging function may not work properly. -About creating still images from clips - Creating still images from MXF format clip may be failed. It depends on your operating environment and clip format. In this case, please select “original” as the playback mode of the User Configuration. -About export information of clips and clip lists. - If Professional Disc is specified to the destination of information of clips and clip lists, output failure may occur. -About FTP connection - When performing an FTP transfer between FTP servers, only FTP server supporting UTF-8 encoding is supported. If you use other servers, they may not work properly. - A file whose name starts with " (0x0020)" may fail to be transferred to FTP-connected XDCAM devices and FTP servers. - About Final Cut Pro - Final Cut Pro version 7.0 or higher is required for the operation. - For HD422 1280x720 50M 29.97P/25P/23.98P formats, apply Pro Applications Update 2010-02 to Final Cut Pro 7.0. - At present, Final Cut Pro does not support the following recording formats: SD IMX 720x512(480) 50M 29.97P/23.98P SD IMX 720x608(576) 50M 25P SD DVCAM 720x512(480) 25M 29.97P SD DVCAM 720x608(576) 25M 25P - If a General folder of Professional Disc is specified as the destination, import failure may occur. - Notes for Export operation from Final Cut Pro 7: When exporting an MXF file of XDCAM HD 422 720 50p/60p to an XDCAM device, you must make a duration of an even number of frames.
